This program is an ongoing self leadership and accountability immersion into sets of practices and frameworks that can be used to crush your life. We find new levels of success, authenticity, brotherhood and meaning. We use a framework of "Mature Masculinity" which aims to replace the "toxic masculinity" buzzword which is rampant globally these days. We show you how to stop "going it alone", as a lone wolf and lean into a team of of men who have your back. We teach you how to set up win - win relationships and stop selling yourself and others out. 
 
You will meet a variety of guys in a different walks of life dedicated to their growth. You'll learn the common ground you have with each of the men and how your differences can become points of strength. We will go deep but keep it simple and to the point for a results driven experience.
 
There is no single facilitator for this team, but we lean into dynamic leadership, allowing flow.
