Art of Waking Up

What a fantastic experience we had with Jason in Point Dume today!  I feel like a beast after conquering rock climbs which I wouldn't have imagined I could. Jason is a patient, kind and thorough guide, so you're in good hands. The vibe is quite relaxed all day, so you never feel pressured to do anything you don't want to do, BUT he and the group definitely championed each other to push beyond what they thought were their limits, and succeed!  It's a gorgeous location to climb and climbing is a great way to get out of your head and be in the moment, something all of us could use more of!  Will def be back to do this again
